Job summary

Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor to join our on-site team in Cabazon, CA, bringing the brand's heritage to life through storytelling and exceptional service, and turning every store visit into a memorable luxury experience.

You will warmly welcome customers, guide them through the collection, and deliver the WE SELL SUN selling ceremony while meeting sales goals and collaborating with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role with sales experience, preferably luxury or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and guide solutions.
• Know store layout and merchandise to direct customers appropriately.
• Deliver luxury clienteling to enhance in-store and digital experiences.
• Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Process deliveries, transfers, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards and safeguard store property.
