Vilebrequin Soho in New York is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to deliver a luxury shopping experience and build lasting client relationships. You will engage customers, tell the brand story, and guide them through our heritage collections, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will welcome clients, understand their needs, maintain product knowledge, drive sales, and support store operations including opening/closing and POS procedures.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role with sales focus.
• Experience in luxury or hospitality preferred.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Engage clients with luxury shopping experience.
• Know merchandise and direct to areas.

• Handle POS transactions and cash handling.
