Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and provide guidance.
• Be knowledgeable of store layout and merchandise to direct customers appropriately.
• Create a welcoming, fun, energetic customer environment and collaborate with team.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals following the selling ceremony.
