• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
• Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design.
• Ability to generate customer delight and provide an exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence to each location and guide customers to the right area.
• Deliver luxury clienteling and convey the brand story to elevate the shopping experience.
• Maintain store standards, POS procedures, and cleanliness; support opening/closing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed KPI targets and create a welcoming environment.
