Job summary

Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome customers, understand needs, and guide them through our luxury collection. You will deliver engaging storytelling and a memorable shopping experience, both in-store and digitally, while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment.

You will participate in a high-energy team, achieve sales goals, and support store operations including deliveries and cash handling. On-site at the Las Vegas location, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury or hospitality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers immediately and proactively offer assistance.
• Deliver a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and guide them accordingly.
• Know store layout and merchandise to direct customers to the right area.
• Deliver luxury clienteling and memorable in-store experiences.
• Process POS transactions with accurate cash handling and POS procedures.
• Open and close the store and maintain visual standards.
