Vilebrequin Palm Beach is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will embody the brand, engage clients with storytelling, and transform store visits into memorable luxury experiences.

This onsite role reports to the Store Manager and requires energy, warmth, and a passion for exceptional service. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding them through the collection, achieving sales goals, managing POS procedures, and maintaining visual standards while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
• Desire to work in a retail setting with a sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence and knowledge of store layout and merchandise to guide customers.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and deliver appropriate guidance.
• Deliver luxury clienteling and in-store/digital experiences; study collection details for clients.
• Support store operations including processing deliveries, merchandising, POS, and cash handling.
• Open and close the store and maintain cleanliness and organization.
