Job summary

Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor to transform store visits into luxury shopping experiences. You will welcome customers, deliver a dynamic service presence, and guide clients through our heritage storytelling.

The role reports to the Store Manager and is onsite at the location. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a customer-facing role in luxury/hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for luxury goods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and guide them accordingly.
• Know store layout, merchandise, and direct customers to the right area.
• Foster a welcoming, fun, energetic environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Elevate the shopping experience using the WE SELL SUN ceremony and luxury clienteling.
• Handle store operations including deliveries, transfers, and POS processing.
• Open/close the store and safeguard company property.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards.
