Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team in Bal Harbour, FL. You will welcome clients, share the brand story, and guide customers through a premium shopping experience, reporting to the Store Manager. This onsite role emphasizes relationship-building and a high level of service.

You will partner with the store team to uphold visual standards, meet KPIs, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional client experience across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence to each location.
• Ask appropriate questions to identify a customer’s needs and offer guidance.
• Know store layout and merchandise to direct customers to the right area.
