Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor for our Short Hills, New Jersey location. You will welcome customers, build relationships, and guide buyers through our heritage collection to create memorable luxury shopping experiences.

With 2–3 years in a customer-facing sales role, you will meet sales KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with store management to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales
• Desire to work in luxury retail and provide exceptional service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly and offer proactive assistance
• Understand customer needs and guide them through the collection
• Maintain knowledge of store layout, current merchandise, and promotions
• Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and digitally, meeting KPI targets
• Process transactions accurately and handle POS procedures
• Open/close the store and assist with deliveries and merchandising
