Job summary

FENDI in Dallas seeks an experienced In-Store Stylist to elevate styling standards, Ready-to-Wear performance, and client experience. You will deliver personalized styling, build a strong client base, and drive cross-category selling and omnichannel initiatives.

The role reports to the Store Manager with guidance from the Retail Head / Zone team. A luxury fashion background and confident storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail styling or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and body types
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver business results
• Experience with CRM and omnichannel clienteling tools

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one styling consultations and create complete outfits across categories.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio with exceptional service.
• Drive styling-related sales, conversions, and client appointments.
• Translate fashion trends into wearable, client-focused styling suggestions.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and store teams for cohesive presentation.
