Loro Piana Beverly Hills is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury service and drive client engagement on the floor. You will build lasting relationships, curate elevated shopping experiences, and contribute to sales growth across the store.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, strong product knowledge, and a passion for storytelling that translates into personalized client service and repeat business.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed personal sales goals and drive store growth.
• Develop product knowledge to facilitate sales.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Cultivate client relationships and provide after-sales support.
