Job summary

Loro Piana in Palo Alto is seeking a Client Advisor to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will build relationships and curate elevated shopping experiences to contribute to store objectives.

The role requires deep product knowledge, collaboration with teammates, and proactive follow-up to tailor services. You will also help maintain displays and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and drive growth within a team while upholding Loro Piana standards.
• Develop product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships by following up on purchases and after-sales support.
• Collect and update client information to tailor future interactions.
• Actively engage with clients to promote products and drive sales growth.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Work with store leadership to implement plans to boost sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and efficiency.
