Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of client advisors to achieve individual and team sales goals while upholding Loro Piana’s service standards.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and service excellence.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement strategies and action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
• Foster a client-centric culture among the sales team, emphasizing personalized service and relationship-building.
• Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, participate in inventory counts, and ensure accurate product availability on the sales floor.
• Drive sales performance by identifying key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
• Elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and creating personalized interactions aimed at positively impacting both sales performance and service.
• Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives to reflect an elevated brand image.
