Job summary

Prada Group invites applications for a Prada Client Advisor role, focusing on an extraordinary luxury customer experience. You will place the Clients at the center, discover needs and expectations, foster meaningful relationships, and guide them into the Prada world.

You will maintain brand philosophy, achieve personal and store sales targets, and serve via in-store and e-commerce channels, using CRM data to build long-term relationships and provide a seamless Omni-Channel journey.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request.
• Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the store's success.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Prada products, history, culture and DNA.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
• Host and conduct appointments in person or virtually and embrace the Omni Channel mindset.
• Maintain stock room organization and work with Back of House on daily operations.
• Follow company procedures on security, cash activity, inventory and reporting to head office.
