Job summary

Prada is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing clients at the center and serving as a Brand Ambassador. You will guide clients through the Prada world, promote brand philosophy, and strive to achieve personal and store sales targets across in-store and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs with excellence in line with the client journey ceremony
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances for store success
• Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and service
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Prada products, history, culture and DNA
• Capture customer data in the CRM to build personalized relationships and develop future opportunities
• Follow up with clients using CRM tools to strengthen long-term relationships
• Host and conduct appointments in person or via virtual channels
• Promote the Omni Channel mindset across touchpoints
• Maintain strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors for client discussions and advice
• Resolve client complaints with line manager and Client Service team as needed
• Work with back-of-house on daily store operations and stock room organization
• Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics and reporting
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional client experience and a diverse, inclusive work environment
