Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or luxury client service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fashion-forward, luxury goods interest
• Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, flexible
• English communication, MS Office proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their needs, and guide them across the brand.
• Build and maintain client relationships through engaging conversations and active clientele management.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs, reviewing results and adjusting sales approaches as needed.
• Support store operations, inventory activities, and visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and brand standards.
