Job summary

FENDI is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service in our Atlanta boutique. You will leverage product knowledge to exceed sales goals and craft a premium client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays. RTW experience and multilingual skills are a plus, with a strong team-oriented approach and basic inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with POS and inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes / weight up to 10lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
• Flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.

• Operate POS system and assist with basic inventory management.
