Job summary

Fendi Maison, part of LVMH, seeks a Client Advisor in Dallas to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals. You will build client books, handle inquiries, and participate in stock, POS operations, and brand standards.

Requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Fluency in another language is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ luxury retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong drive for results and goal oriented.
• Ability to use POS system and manage inventory.
• RTW experience is a plus.
• Fluency in foreign language is a bonus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines and policies.
• Build and maintain client books and respond to inquiries; maintain client relationships.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
• Use POS and update customer database; ensure accuracy.
