• Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Cross-sell with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to a high standard.
