Job summary

Prada Group in Los Angeles seeks a luxury retail ambassador to convey our brand philosophy and guide clients into the Prada world. You will maximize individual and team sales, delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience and developing client loyalty.

Responsibilities include placing the customer at the center, capturing CRM data, embracing Omni Channel, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain visual standards and stay current with fashion trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling luxury retail and stores.
• Curiosity about fashion, art and design influences.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, resilient, with problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of Prada product category is a plus.
• English required; additional languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs with excellence.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM to connect with clients and develop relationships.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional in-store experience and a positive work environment.
• Welcome and serve customers providing an outstanding in-store experience at all times.
• Cross-sell with all Departments to maximize sales and achieve KPIs.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors; know brand and products.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain brand standards on the shop floor.
• Liaise with the line manager on complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Contribute to high security and prevent product thefts.
