Loro Piana is seeking a Client Advisor in the United States to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional service to our discerning clients. You will build lasting relationships and curate elevated shopping experiences that reflect our luxury brand.

Use your product knowledge and teamwork to ensure a seamless store performance, while collaborating with leadership to optimize sales, inventory awareness, and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
