Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork and problem solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and drive store growth while upholding Loro Piana standards.
• Develop and incorporate comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on purchases and after-sales support.
• Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
• Actively engage with clients to promote products and drive sales growth.
• Oversee maintenance of store displays to align with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
