You will capture client data, foster personal relationships, and promote an omnichannel approach, contributing to a welcoming, high-service environment and the brand's ongoing loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and high-end brands.
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Passion for selling and knowledge of the fashion/luxury category.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their every need.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM and develop personalized relationships.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team and communicate openly to ensure a consistent luxury experience.
• Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience.
• Cross-sell across Departments to maximize sales and meet KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to high standards per guidelines.
• Contribute to security and theft prevention.
