Job summary

Prada Group is seeking an energetic brand ambassador to promote brand philosophy and deliver an extraordinary luxury shopping experience. You will guide clients through the world of Prada, Miu Miu and other brands, building lasting relationships and maximizing sales in a welcoming environment.

You will capture client data in the CRM, stay on top of fashion trends, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling and stores.
• Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
• Experience of building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result-driven and problem solving.
• Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
• English is a must; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their needs and requests.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM and develop relationships for personalization.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
• Welcome and serve the customer delivering an excellent in-store experience.
• Proactively engage in cross-selling to maximize sales and achieve KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain high standards on shop floor and visual displays in line with guidelines.
• Contribute to security and theft prevention.
