Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class client service, achieve individual sales goals, and build lasting client relationships through product knowledge and premium selling ceremonies in a luxury boutique setting.

You will develop and manage client books, demonstrate product storytelling, and support boutique operations including merchandising, inventory, and customer communications to elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail sales and client service within luxury goods
• Exceptional customer service across in-person, phone and digital channels
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage client books

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets (UPT, ADS)
• Maintain a welcoming, client-focused environment through in-person, phone and digital interactions
• Develop local and international client books and recruit top clients
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to engage clients
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and protect boutique performance
• Support floor moves, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
• Assist in locating merchandise acrossBoutiques and processing charge-send sales
• Manage stock assignments on the floor and in back-of-house
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect company assets
• Assist with packing/wrapping merchandise as needed
