Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong follow-through.
• Ability to develop long-lasting relationships through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, UPT, and ADS.
• Act as a brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique environment.
• Provide best-in-class client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques and process charge-send sales per company guidelines.
