Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably luxury goods.
• Strong drive for business results with passion for fashion and the brand.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships through communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including ADS and UPT.
• Act as a brand ambassador in boutique and beyond, delivering best-in-class service.
