Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service, grow a personal client portfolio, and achieve sales goals. You will act as a brand ambassador, provide tailored recommendations, and support boutique performance through a client-centric approach.

The role requires a strong retail background, exceptional communication, and the ability to work varied hours. You will join a team dedicated to luxury experiences and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the brand.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through strong communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, computers, and all other office equipment.
• Can stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Responsible for store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including, Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, and ADS.
• Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team first attitude at all times.
• Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment.
• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment with best in class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
• Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up.
• Leverage product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful client experiences.
