Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service and achieve personal sales goals in a luxury boutique setting. You will cultivate client relationships, leverage product knowledge, and use selling ceremonies to drive boutique performance.

You will build a local and international client base, provide tailored styling guidance, and support team efforts with strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Retail Sales and Client Service, preferably luxury goods.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for fashion and the brand.
• Excellent communication and follow-through across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focused on retention and value.
• Meet/exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume and UPT/ADS.
• Provide best-in-class client service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
