Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in San Jose is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class client service, achieve sales goals and deepen loyal client relationships through product storytelling and personalized service.

You will expand the local and international client book, demonstrate deep product expertise, and support boutique operations, including merchandising, stock management, and inventory accuracy, while upholding luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or client service.
• Strong drive to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Read, write, and document client information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class client service in person and via phone/email.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets.
• Develop and manage a local and international client book.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and storytelling to clients.
• Support boutique operations, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Process orders and stock transfers following company guidelines.
• Assist in inventory and cycle counts while protecting assets.
