Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl is seeking a Client Advisor in Costa Mesa, CA to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge, CRM capabilities, and brand standards to create standout client experiences and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, POS/inventory skills, and a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ luxury retail experience.
• Strong drive for results and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management.
• RTW (ready-to-wear) experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Collaborative team player with flexibility.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Organizational and digital literacy.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books and relationships.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
• Proficient use of POS system and update customer database.
• Acquire product knowledge and company information.
• Stay updated with company news and competition.
• Maintain professional appearance and FENDI dress code.
• Open/close duties as needed, including morning meetings.
• Support visual standards with direction from VM and management.
• Maintain open communication with store team and other personnel.
• Be a positive brand ambassador and participate in training.
