Fendi Beverly Hills is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting client relationships, and help exceed sales goals. You will tailor the shopping experience to each client, utilizing our clienteling tools and CRM to foster loyalty and repeat business.

The role requires at least 3 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' luxury retail experience.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with POS system and inventory management.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Able to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books; follow-up with clients.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, returns, etc.).
• Stocking/restocking and accurate use of POS system.
• Open/close the store as needed and participate in team meetings.
