Job summary

Fendi is hiring a Client Advisor in San Diego to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will build strong client relationships, manage CRM data, and assist with special requests while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems. A flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends is expected. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury retail or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management features.
• Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, and other requests.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with store openings/closings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance.
