Job summary

Falconeri, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a retail associate for our New York flagship on Madison Avenue to capture customer information and drive sales. You will manage client books, respond to inquiries, and work with the Store Manager to meet personal sales goals while showcasing product knowledge.

You will operate the POS system, support visual standards, and help maintain a pristine store environment, with a focus on Chinese-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in customer service or luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Chinese language proficiency to assist Chinese-speaking customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer information using multiple means and follow up via phone and written channels.
• Manage client books and follow up on shopping experiences and product inquiries.
• Meet or exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain store visuals, housekeeping, and operate POS; assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and a well-maintained shopping environment.
