Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industry.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekend.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Capture customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow-up contact.
• Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience and product care inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of product benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
• Inspire customers with fashion expertise and build partnerships in a team-focused environment.
• Partner with Manager to conduct business analyses and track store and individual KPIs.
• Support managers in maintaining visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Operate POS system, send end-of-day emails, and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom areas.
