Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas seeks a Client Advisor to act as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service while meeting sales goals. Build and manage a personal client portfolio, leveraging product expertise, and delivering memorable client experiences.

The role focuses on cultivating relationships, leveraging storytelling, and contributing to boutique performance through a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, on the phone and electronically.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI such as sales volume, units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and act as a brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique.
• Develop and nurture local and international client base through outreach and follow-up.
