• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with discretion.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs including volume, UPT and ADS.
• Act as a brand ambassador and provide best-in-class client service in-store and via follow-up.
• Collaborate with boutique team on inventory, merchandising and client events.
