Job summary

Responsibilities include building a personal client portfolio, achieving KPIs, and acting as a brand ambassador both in and out of the boutique.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the brand.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including ADS and UPT.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and act as a brand ambassador.
• Provide outstanding client service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communications.
