Christian Dior Couture in New York seeks a Client Advisor to deliver best‑in‑class service while achieving individual sales goals and cultivating meaningful client relationships through product expertise and selling ceremonies.

You will act as a brand ambassador in the boutique and beyond, building a loyal local and international client base with personalized outreach, appointments, and consistent follow‑ups, while supporting inventory and merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience in luxury environment.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and via phone/email.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including KPI, UPT & ADS.
• Maintain a strong drive for results and a team-first attitude.
• Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment.
• Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through outreach, appointments, and follow-up.
• Leverage product knowledge to create meaningful client experiences through stories of our products.
• Assist in inventory, stock organization, and merchandising as needed.
