Christian Dior Couture in New York seeks a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service and drive individual sales goals. You will cultivate lasting client relationships, showcase product knowledge, and execute selling ceremonies to elevate boutique performance.

You will build a personal client portfolio, exceed KPIs, act as a brand ambassador, assist with inventory, and support merchandising while offering a welcoming, customized client experience across in-person, phone, and digital

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including KPI, UPT & ADS
• Maintain a strong drive for results and a team-first attitude
• Act as a brand ambassador within and beyond the boutique environment
• Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up
• Leverage product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful client experiences
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise and processing charge-send sales per company guidelines
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets
