Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in luxury environment.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention and lifetime value.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPI including sales volume and AOV.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in boutique and beyond to enhance boutique performance.
• Develop and nurture local and international client base through outreach and follow-ups.
• Support boutique operations including merchandising and inventory practices.
