Job summary

Moncler S.P.A. is seeking a Client Advisor in Bellevue, WA to deliver exceptional luxury experiences. You will welcome clients, understand needs, and build lasting relationships while representing the Moncler brand with professionalism.

You will achieve individual sales goals, stay informed on Moncler collections, and participate in store initiatives. Proficiency with retail tech, POS systems, and clienteling tools is expected, along with the ability to serve an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall experience.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up using approved clienteling tools.
• Follow all Company policies, operational procedures, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
