Job summary

Moncler Group in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury experiences by welcoming clients, understanding needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering the Moncler Client Promise and maintaining product knowledge and service standards.

You will join a dynamic team, drive sales, and contribute to store performance through clienteling, events, and cross-channel service while upholding Moncler’s values and brand

Qualifications

• Two years of luxury retail or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment and support store success.
• Welcome every client and deliver a luxury experience consistent with Moncler standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing ones through clienteling tools.
• Utilize bilingual/multilingual communication to support an international client base.
