Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Client Advisor for our Beverly Center boutique in Los Angeles to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive store sales, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards. The role requires a passion for fashion, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

You will work on the shop floor, support merchandising, maintain CRM records, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand according to Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the team and ensuring smooth shop floor operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and brand heritage, consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
