Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain CRM, build and retain client relationships, and drive appointments.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and staff coordination.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and manage store keys as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
