Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Women’s and Men’s RTW experience is a plus.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and uphold brand standards.
• Coach the sales team and ensure operational excellence.
• Drive storefront KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, and Conversion.
• Maintain CRM and build strong client relationships.
• Act as MOD when required and oversee floor operations.
