With 3+ years in luxury retail and strong communication skills, you will engage with clients, build relationships, and help achieve monthly sales targets while showcasing the brand’s heritage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Women's and Men's ready-to-wear (RTW) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as brand ambassador.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor teammates on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand heritage to inspire trust and sales.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to maximize opportunities and meet store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
