Job summary

Prada in Costa Mesa is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador and contribute to the store’s sales performance. You will promote the brand image, provide elevated client experiences, and support loyalty through expert product knowledge and personalized service.

You will collaborate with the team to meet department and store objectives, stay current on fashion trends, and participate in product presentations and inventory processes to ensure premium client service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales productivity as determined by Company expectations.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all product categories in Store.
• Uphold policies, practices and procedures of store activities to protect client experience.
• Manage sales and ensure clients receive sophisticated service to foster loyalty.
• Discover client needs and promote the full look of the brand.
• Promote and educate clients on brand identity and Prada DNA.
• Ensure loyalty by collecting client information and meeting metrics and KPIs.
• Follow up with clients using company applications to conduct outreach.
• Use C-Sphere to schedule client appointments and drive loyalty.
• Guarantee client experience through post-sale service and brand alignment.
• Participate in department/store meetings and product presentations.
• Assist in inventory and ensure products are displayed and accounted for.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and management to achieve objectives.
• Communicate pertinent client information to Management.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and monitor competition.
