• Collect client information via digital tools to meet metrics and KPIs.
• Follow up with clients via company apps to maintain engagement.
• Use C-Sphere to schedule client appointments and drive loyalty.
• Ensure post-sale service aligns with brand standards and client satisfaction.
• Participate in product presentations and inventory processes.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
