Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales productivity targets as determined by Company expectations.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all product and keep up-to-date on all product categories in Store.
• Uphold policies, practices and procedures of general store activities to protect the client experience.
• Manage sales and ensure all clients receive high-level service to foster client loyalty.
• Discover client needs through verbal and nonverbal communication to promote full brand looks.
• Promote and educate the client on brand identity and Prada DNA.
• Ensure loyalty by collecting client information and meeting relevant metrics and KPIs.
• Follow up with clients using Company apps to conduct quality outreach.
• Manage C-Sphere app to schedule client appointments and drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and monitor competition.
